Carrots and daikon radish, both my favorite vegetables, are inexpensive and easy to buy.
It's good to have fried food once in a while when you're tired of eating fried stews and casseroles. You can use carrots or white radishes to deep-fry veggie balls and eat them as a snack. The supermarket sells them, but I'm not sure about the quality of the oil, so I'd rather do it myself.
Most of the time, I have to add a little bit of flour and cornstarch to my fried balls, so that I can fry them, have noodles and vegetables, and be able to top them off.
Today we are introducing you to carrot and tofu meatballs, which are very fragrant, because I use a seasoning.

Materials:
