Tools/ingredients: 500g spareribs, 200g potato chips, 3 slices of ginger, appropriate garlic slices, appropriate onion, 2 tablespoons cooking wine, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 2 slices of star anise, appropriate cinnamon, 2 tablespoons white sugar, pots, basins and plates.
1. Wash the bought ribs for later use.
2. Pour the oil in a hot pan, add the ribs and sugar and stir fry until the ribs change color.
3. Add onion, ginger, garlic, star anise and cinnamon to the pot and stir-fry. Pour in ribs, cooking wine, soy sauce and soy sauce and mix well.
4. Add boiled water without ribs, cover the pot and simmer for 20 minutes.
5.20 minutes later, add potato pieces and salt, cover the pot and continue stewing for 20 minutes.
6. Sprinkle chopped green onion before serving.
