How to apply for staying in Macau Youth Hostel

Introduction:

There are two youth hostels under the Macao Education and Youth Bureau, namely Hac-Sa Youth Hostel and Cheok Van Youth Hostel.

Heisha Youth Hostel:

Address: Huancheng Road, Heisha New Road (at the bottom of the black beach slope).

Hotel facilities: three rooms 16 people, ten rooms for 4 people, six double rooms (each room has its own bathroom and toilet), kitchen (with two refrigerators, microwave ovens and rice cookers), air conditioning, TV and barbecue.

Zhuwan Youth Hostel:

Address: Francisco Street, Huancheng Road (at the top of Zhuwan Beach)

Hotel facilities: two 10 large rooms and two double rooms, kitchen (with two refrigerators, microwave ovens and rice cookers), air conditioning, TV, barbecue oven, public bathroom and toilet.

Check-in application details:

A. fill in the application form (pdf in Chinese and doc in English). There are two application forms, one is the hotel rental application form and the other is the youth hostel check-in form. If there are many people traveling together, you only need to fill out an application form for renting a house and fill in everyone's information on the check-in form. The ID number can be filled in as the ID number. Please note that both forms need to be signed at the bottom!

B make a copy of the international youth hostel card or the international youth card.

C fax the above materials to: 00853 2896 0 1 15, or mail them to: No.7-9, John IV Avenue, Macau 1 building. Pay attention to apply eight working days before check-in (from the day you receive the application form).

Charge:

Sunday to Friday: the big room in 20 yuan, four rooms in 30 yuan and two rooms in 50 yuan.

Saturdays, public holidays and the eve of public holidays: big room in 30 yuan, four rooms in 50 yuan and two rooms in 80 yuan.

Foreign tourists can pay fees at the Education and Youth Bureau or hotels where they stay directly, and they need to pay MOP.

Reply:

There will be a reply the next day after the application. A reply form (bmp picture format) is attached to the reply. This form needs to be printed and taken with you.

Remarks: 1) hotels are lent in the above order;

2) During July and August, the Bureau has absolute priority in organizing summer activities;

3) Individual renters in Macao must hold Macao ID cards and be between 15 and 45 years old.

3. 1 Ways to get and return forms

This form can be obtained at the place mentioned in point 10 of these rules or on the website of our bureau. After completing the lease application form, you can submit it in person, by mail or by fax during office hours. (Floor 1, No.7-9, John IV Avenue, Macau)

Local individual renters: a copy of the renter's personal ID card and the check-in list of the youth hostel;

Other local organizations: if you apply for borrowing for the first time, you must submit a copy of the government gazette with its articles of association and a certificate issued by the identity certificate bureau;

Personal hirer from other places: copy of international youth hostel or international youth hostel.

Note: 1 counting from the 9th working day after receiving the application form.

Note 2 refers to 8 working days before the planned check-in date (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays in Australia). If the application is sent by post, it will be counted from the date when the application form is received by this bureau.

Note 3 Calculated from the date when the Bureau receives the required documents (see 3.2).

Note 4: It is counted from the date when the creator receives the approval notice. If the application is not notified within the time limit, the relevant application will be cancelled automatically. Foreign renters can pay the fee on the day of check-in.

Note 5 refers to the application submitted five working days before the original use date, otherwise it will not be accepted.

5.2 Place of payment

5.3 Refund of fees

Fees paid will not be refunded except in the following circumstances:

5.3. 1 If it is proved that the facility cannot be used due to force majeure. For example, in case of typhoon, bad weather or other unpredictable circumstances, the hostel will be closed;

5.3.2 Public * * * departments need to use facilities due to emergency or special reasons;

Step 6 Stay time

Hostel is only used for short-term accommodation, and each passenger can provide accommodation for up to 3 days and 2 nights. If passengers want to continue to rent the hostel, they need to apply to the bureau for renewal, and the bureau will verify the stay period according to the actual situation.

7. Time to enter and leave the camp

Camping time: 14: 30-2 1: 00.

Departure time: before noon 12:00.

(Note: Our youth hostel is closed from the first day to the third day of the Lunar New Year)

8. Password

All tenants must abide by the rules of using the dormitory. In case of violation, the person in charge of the hostel has the right to terminate the use of the hostel, and the paid fees will not be refunded. Violators are also responsible for their actions.
