Duck blood is processed into blood powder, which can be used as fine feed for pigs, cattle, sheep, chickens and other livestock and poultry, and can also be used for industrial bonding, fish net coating or paste oil baskets, wine barrels and so on. Duck blood powder can be processed by sun exposure or boiling pressure.
solarization method: put the blood collected during duck slaughter into containers such as cement tanks and metal plates to a depth of about 5 cm. Expose it in the sunlight until the surface becomes a block, turn it over and then sun it, then move it to the scorpion or curtain board, sun it repeatedly until it becomes a hard dry block, crush it by hand, then grind it into pieces, and sieve it to get blood powder.
boiling pressure method: cut the coagulated blood into cubes of about 1 cm, and put it in hot water at 85℃ for boiling, and the water temperature should not be higher than 9℃, so as to avoid boiling or forming honeycomb blood clots. Take it out after cooking, wrap it in cloth, squeeze out water, put it on a bamboo curtain to dry, and grind it to get blood powder.
