Steps
1. Soak the mung beans in water overnight, changing the water several times in between
2. Soak the mung beans and rinse well, put them into a container and cover the pot with a lid to steam for 60 minutes
3. Steam the mung beans well, and the grain is clear and swollen
4. Steam the mung beans and put it into the cooking machine

8. Pour in the mung bean paste, and keep stirring so that the mung bean paste completely absorbs the oil

12. Divide into 50g portions
13. Place into 50g mooncake molds

15. Remove from the mold
