1. Add the ribs and sauce and marinate together for a few minutes.
2. Put potato slices on another plate and put the marinated ribs on it.
3. Add two tablespoons of water to a plate, add chicken powder and sauce and mix well.
4Pour the sauce over the potatoes and ribs and stir well.
5. Sprinkle ginger, ginger slices and bell peppers over the ribs.
6. Boil water in a pot and add the ribs.
7. Steam on high heat for 20 minutes or until ribs are cooked.
