Torreya grandis is an evergreen tree of the Taxaceae family, also known as Torreya, Torreya, Jade Torreya, Round Torreya, and Torreya grandis. Distributed in Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Anhui, Jiangxi, Fujian and Hunan in my country. The torreya tree is 25 meters high, with branchlets nearly opposite or nearly whorled. The leaves are spiral-shaped, bi-row, hard, linear-lanceolate, 1.2 to 2.5 cm long, 2 to 4 mm wide, with two yellow-white stomata that are nearly as wide as the midrib. Dioecious; male cones are solitary in the leaf axils, and female cones are in pairs in the leaf axils. The seeds are drupe-shaped, reddish-purple brown, oval, obovate or obovate-oval.
