Needs: ribs, noodles, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, white pepper, salt, chicken essence, cooking wine, starch, onion.
Exercise:
1. Marinate the ribs first: soak the ribs to remove blood, add a spoonful of cooking wine, a spoonful of soy sauce, a little white pepper, a little salt and chicken essence and mix well.
2. Then add starch and garlic, stir well and marinate for 30 minutes.
Put the noodles into a plate, then add the ribs one by one and steam for 30 minutes. Sprinkle some chopped green onion at last.
Scrambled Eggs with Chinese Chives
Need: leek, eggs, salt, chicken essence.
Exercise:
1. Add some oil to leeks to prevent water from coming out.
2. Boil the oil and scramble the eggs for later use.
3. Add some oil to the pot (not too much, because the leek is oiled), stir fry the leek, stir fry the eggs almost immediately, add a spoonful of salt and a spoonful of chicken essence, and stir fry a few times.
Shrimp ball and cabbage soup
Need: shrimp balls, cabbage? Salt, chicken essence, fish sauce
Exercise:
Put the shrimp balls in a pot with cold water. When the water boils, add Chinese cabbage, add one spoonful of salt, two spoonfuls of chicken essence and one spoonful of fish sauce.
