The Measures for Holidays of National Festival and Memorial Day is an administrative regulation formulated to unify holidays of National Festival and Memorial Day. The new revised measures will be implemented from 20 14 1 month 1 day.
Article 1 These Measures are formulated for the purpose of unifying holidays on national festivals and anniversaries. (7) National Day, with a holiday of 3 days (10/day, 2, 3). (4) On the anniversary of the founding of the People's Liberation Army in China (August 1 day), active servicemen have a half-day holiday.
Article 4 The local people's governments in areas where ethnic minorities live in concentrated communities shall, in accordance with the customs of their respective ethnic groups, set a holiday date.
Article 5. No holidays will be held on other festivals and anniversaries, such as the 27th anniversary, the 30th anniversary, the July 7th anniversary of the Anti-Japanese War, the September 18th anniversary, the Teachers' Day, the Nurses' Day, the Journalists' Day and the Arbor Day.
