Ingredients: 500g fresh green pepper, rapeseed oil 1500g, scissors, drain basket, pot, chopsticks and bottle.
1. Put the green pepper in the drain basket, remove the leaves on it and cut off the old branches.
2. Don't wash the green pepper, and gently wipe the surface moisture and dust with a clean cloth.
3. Add rapeseed oil.
4. After the oil is boiled on medium fire, turn to low heat and fry slowly. Black seeds will burst out in the process of frying green peppers.
5. Continue to stir fry slowly until all the water in the pepper comes out and the pepper particles become brittle. Turn off the heat to cool, then cover and soak for one night.
6. The next day, heat with medium and small fire, turn off the fire after heating to boiling, cover and soak for one night, repeat for three days, pick out the peppers and seeds after cooling, and the bottle must be anhydrous.
7. The fragrant green pepper oil is ready.
