Ingredients: 500 grams of chestnut, half a spoonful of cooking oil, two pieces of rock sugar, and appropriate amount of boiled water.
1 Wash chestnut with running water, dry it and put it in a bowl.
2. Then cut a cross on the chestnut with scissors. Don't hold it with your hands to avoid accidentally touching your hands.
3. Boil the chestnuts again (boil for 2 minutes), then pick them up and wash them with water.
4. Then put the water in boiling water. When the water is open, add rock sugar and cook for 20-25 minutes.
5. Finally, add the oil. When the pot is hot, add the chestnuts that have just been cooked and stir-fry them in the middle of the fire. Remember to keep stirring, otherwise it will be easy to get burnt and fragrant.
6. The picture below shows the finished product (wash the pot as soon as possible, or soak it in warm water, otherwise the sugar stains will not wash well).
