How many ways to eat okra?
Okra has three ways:

The first kind: fried beef with okra.

Ingredients: 260 grams of okra, 500 grams of beef, garlic, pickled pepper, lobster sauce, cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking oil and salt.

Crush garlic, pickle pepper and cut into sections, wash okra and cross cut. Wash the fresh shrimp, cut it from the middle of the shrimp back with scissors, remove the shrimp line, peel off the shrimp shell and keep the shrimp. Slice garlic, cut onion, mince ginger, wash pepper and cut into sections. Put the processed shrimp into a bowl, add a spoonful of ginger wine and a little white pepper, stir well by hand and marinate for ten minutes. Wash the okra with clear water, remove the pedicle and cut it into sections obliquely.

There are two kinds of okra: red okra and green okra. The taste of red okra is worse than that of green okra, so green okra is the first choice when buying it. Okra is cold, so adding ginger when frying can neutralize it. This is an automatic fast food. The whole process needs to be fried quickly, and the frying time should not exceed five minutes. The third kind: fried rice with gumbo eggs.
