Porter wines are all sweet, red, pink and white in color. There are five varieties of red grapes for making Porter wine, namely, National Dolicho, French Dolicho, Red Leeds, namely Tempranillo, Red barroca and Red Dog.
The white grape varieties are Shere Cillard, Vader He, Malvisa, Guvio and so on.
When brewing red porter, first extract the color and tannin as soon as possible, then ferment for two to three days. When the alcohol content reaches 6-9 degrees, add 77% spirits to strengthen it. This is red porter. If the extraction time of color and tannin is shorter, it will become pink Potter.
Sometimes pink Potter is a mixture of red Potter and white Potter.
White Potter is traditionally highly extracted and fermented under warm conditions, with oxidized color and taste.

For example, the evening bottle LBV in Ruby Porter is brewed from grapes of a single year, aged for four to six years and bottled.
Vintage Porter is brewed from vintage grapes from a single vineyard, which is often brewed in the best year and requires the approval of the association.
The collection of tawny Potter has a ripening time of at least seven years, while the vintage tawny Potter is very rare, with a ripening time of at least eight years.
