Ingredients: 500g squid whiskers, minced garlic, chopped green onion, cumin powder, cumin granules, Chili powder and cooked sesame seeds.
Practice:
1 Wash and cut shredded squid, put it in a pot with cold water, add a spoonful of cooking wine, onion and ginger, boil, remove and drain for later use.
2. Stir-fry minced garlic with oil in the pot, and stir-fry the squid for a while.
3. Add a spoonful of cooking wine, a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of soy sauce, and half a spoonful of sugar, stir well, add cumin powder, Chili powder, cooked sesame seeds and cumin granules, stir well, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
