Anhui hairy tofu is a special bean product representing Anhui traditional food culture. Material preparation

The following materials need to be prepared for making hairy tofu:

Soybean: 500 grams

Gypsum powder: 20g

White vinegar: 100 ml

Water: right amount

Production step

1. Wash soybeans

Wash soybeans and soak them in clean water for 6-8 hours until they swell and soften.

Step 2 grind soybean milk

Put the soaked soybeans into a soymilk machine, add appropriate amount of water, and grind them into delicate soymilk.

3. Fermented soybean milk

Pour the ground soybean milk into the pot, add gypsum powder and stir well. Put the pot in a warm place and let it stand for 2-3 hours to let the soybean milk ferment.

4. Steamed tofu

Take out the steamed hairy tofu, soak it in cold water for 10 minute, and then cut it into blocks with a knife.

Step 6 season

Pour the white vinegar into a bowl, add some water and stir well. Put the chopped hairy tofu into a bowl, pour the adjusted white vinegar water, and sprinkle with chopped green onion and Chili powder.
