Fruit custard
Ingredients?
Milk 250g
Coconut milk 200g
Gelatin powder 25g
20g fine sugar
Appropriate amount of fruit
How to make fruit custard?
Wash and chop the strawberries.
Cut the mango into cubes.
Pack into containers and set aside.
Pour milk and coconut milk into a small pot and add fine sugar.
Turn on low heat and start cooking.
Mix 25g gelatine powder and 35g water.
Stir to combine.
Insert hot water and stir until gelatine is completely melted.
After the small pot boils, turn off the heat.
Pour in the gelatine liquid and stir gently until evenly mixed.
Pour into the container and fill it up.
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for more than 4 hours until solidified.
