What if the red bean paste is too thin?
Method 1: Microwave oven
Spread the thin bean paste stuffing on the plate, heat it in the microwave oven for about 2 minutes, and dry it. This method is not only fast, but also effective. Or it can be heated in an ordinary pot to evaporate excess water.
Method 2: Refrigeration.
Or you can freeze the bean paste that is too thin in the microwave oven and take it out when you want to eat it. When preparing steamed bread, you don't need to thaw it completely, you can thaw it in half.
Method 3: air drying
You can also air-dry red bean paste in a ventilated place, and the effect of natural air-drying is better. However, air drying in this way takes a long time.
Method 4: Stir fry with maltose.
The bean paste outside is all water bean paste. Less water will disperse, and more water will dilute. So you can collect the water in the pot again, and then add some maltose to increase the viscosity.
Pay attention to the ratio of water to red beans when making bean paste stuffing, otherwise the bean paste stuffing will become very dry if it is not thin.
