method of work
1. Wash red beans and peanuts, soak them in water for 2 hours, pour off the water, then put them in a small pot, cover them with 300 ml water, cook for 30 minutes on medium heat, and turn off the heat. Keep the boiled bean soup. Soak the lotus seeds in water for 2 hours and take them out. Remove the lotus core. Wash the red dates and remove the core. Wash the raisins.
2. Wash glutinous rice and black rice, soak for 2 hours and drain.
3. Take a large soup pot, add red beans, peanuts and boiled bean soup, lotus seeds, red dates, raisins, glutinous rice, black rice, pine nuts and 2000 ml of water, and boil over high fire. Put two chopsticks horizontally on the pot, put the lid on the chopsticks, turn the fire to medium-small and cook for 1 hour for 20 minutes, meanwhile, stir occasionally with a spoon to avoid sticking to the pot. Add rock sugar, stir slightly, and simmer for 30 minutes.
