Candidal vaginitis is a conditional pathogen, and 80% to 90% of the pathogen is Candida albicans. It is easy to grow in acidic environment, and the common causes are pregnancy, diabetes, extensive use of immunosuppressants and broad-spectrum antibiotics, or wearing tight chemical fiber underwear, or obesity.
The common symptoms of candidal vaginitis are pruritus vulvae, burning pain, painful sexual intercourse, frequent micturition and painful urination. The typical feature of leucorrhea is white and thick, showing curd or bean dregs.
First of all, we should eliminate the inducement, change underwear frequently, and wash underwear, basins and towels with boiling water. For local use, nystatin suppository should be used. It is forbidden to share the same room during treatment. Check regularly to improve immunity.
