Materials/tools: black-bone chicken, red dates, medlar, ginger, salt, knife, pot and bowl.
1. Wash black-bone chicken and cut into pieces, and slice ginger for later use.
2. Put a proper amount of water into the pot and add black-bone chicken pieces and ginger slices.
3, put the pot on the fire, stew with medium and small fire for more than 2 hours, until the black-bone chicken is boiled and the soup is milky white.
4. Add proper amount of red dates and medlar and continue to stew for 30 minutes.
5. Finally, add some salt to taste.
