A dozen duck feet
Two handfuls of salt
Pieces of ginger
2 octagons
Practice of air-drying salted duck feet
Water? Ginger slices? Octagonal? Salt = boiling/cooling
Soak the washed duck feet in cold brine for at least one day and one night, preferably two days and one night, and then take them out and string them with a rope. I don't know how to string them. Let's wait until they are soaked.
Dry them in the shade or the sun until they are hard, and some of them prick their hands. Pack them in fresh-keeping bags and store them in the freezer.
