So you have to beat the egg whites with an egg beater (preferably electric egg beater) until you reach the peak of softness. In other words, when you lift the blender, a soft foam peak will be formed, which can keep the shape. Then slowly add the icing and stir until the icing becomes smooth. Some people also added a spoonful of gycerine. Add lemon juice and stir well. Many people also use protein powder, but I haven't tried it.

American cream (AMBC)- It is the most popular cream, but it is also the sweetest one. Rich in sugar. It uses 1 part butter and 2 parts icing. But I use 1 serving butter and 1.
