The first type: stretching upwards. Hands and fingers clasped, palms up, stand on tiptoe, and try your best to pull up. Yoga-style abdominal breathing is ten times, that is, the abdomen bulges when inhaling and the abdomen closes when exhaling, so that the abdominal muscles can also participate in sports well.
The second type: hands and fingers are still clasped, palms up, take a deep breath, then exhale and try to stretch to the left until the breath is over, then inhale and come back with your hands up, count once, and then exhale and try to stretch to the right.
The third type: raise your hands horizontally, palms facing each other, take a deep breath, bend your left hand to the neck, then stretch your right arm to the right as far as possible while exhaling, and look straight at the tip of your right hand until you breathe out, then inhale back and bend your right hand to the neck, open your left hand, and then stretch your left arm to the left as far as possible while exhaling, and look straight at the tip of your left hand.
You can continue to have another drink after the third type. I have done it several times. The second time, I started to defecate after drinking the fourth cup, and the third time, I only drank eight cups, so the more you say, the less you defecate, and the healthier your stomach will be.
