Steps of frying meat with salt bamboo shoots
1.? After soaking the pickled bamboo shoots for 24 hours, put them into a high-pressure rice cooker and cook them in the rhizome mode (if there is no such mode, you can choose high-pressure cooking for about 40 minutes). After completion, soak in cold water, cool for about 10 minute, and cut into filaments for later use.
