Accessories: cooking oil (3 tbsp), sugar (0.5 tbsp), salt (0.5 tbsp), soy sauce (2 tbsp), shallots (2g), cooking wine (1 tbsp).
1. Material: sea shrimp (washed), water bamboo (peeled, washed and cut into pieces) and leek.
2. Add 3 tablespoons of oil to the pot and heat it. Add chopped water bamboo and stir fry.
3. Next, add the washed shrimps and add 1 tablespoon cooking wine.
4. Stir fry until cooked
5. Then, add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
6. Add 0.5 tbsp sugar.
7. Add 0.5 spoon of salt.
8. Season and stir well
9. Finally, add shallots and serve.
