Coffee is a plant, an evergreen shrub or small tree of Rubiaceae, and it is a cash crop that grows for many years. Wild coffee trees can grow to 5 to 10 meters high, but coffee trees planted in the manor are often cut to a height below 2 meters in order to increase the fruit yield and facilitate picking. The leaves of coffee tree are oval and smooth, and the branches at the end are very long and few branches. The coffee flowers are white and open at the base of the petiole connecting the branches.
