3. Burning process Xuyi There are two cooking methods in 13 sweet lobster at present, one is frying and the other is frying. The fried lobster tastes delicate, and the fried lobster tastes tender and delicious. Now introduce them separately. (1) Stir-fry lobster

③ Add beer, salt, monosodium glutamate, sugar and Chili powder to the fried shrimp and bring it to a boil.
④ Add thirteen spices, add more red oil for spicy ones, add more pepper for hemp ones, and simmer for 1 minutes.
⑤ When the soup is about to dry and taste, add green pepper, onion and garlic, and cook for 5 minutes, then pour sesame oil (sesame oil has fragrance and moistens throat) and take it out of the pot. Cook the mature shrimps and put them on the table.
(2) Fried lobster
① Burn the rapeseed oil to 7%, soak the washed lobster in the oil, fry it to red, and take it out.
② Take another pot, add appropriate amount of rapeseed oil to heat it, and add appropriate amount of garlic cloves, ginger, onion and so on to stir fry.
③ add Sichuan pepper, Chili powder and pepper, and stir-fry until you see red oil, and add less Chili powder and pepper if the taste is light.
(4) add thirteen spices to a proper amount of broth to boil, and add sugar, monosodium glutamate, salt and vinegar.
⑤ add the fried lobster, cook for about 15 minutes, add the green pepper, pour the beer, pour a proper amount of sesame oil, and cook for a while, and then take out the pot.
