Steps to Steam Pork Spare Ribs

Prepare the ingredients.

Chop the ribs into small pieces and soak them in water to remove the blood.

Add sugar, soy sauce, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, white pepper, oyster sauce and cooking wine and mix well.
