Prepare the ingredients used.
Pour the flour and salt into a bowl, add 60 degrees boiling water while stirring the dough with chopsticks, and then knead the dough.
Keep kneading the dough for a while longer, and knead it into a long strip.
Then divide the dough into 30g pieces and knead.
