Ingredients

Methods

1. Peel and coarsely slice the onion.

2. Heat a wok, add 2 tbsp salad oil and scramble the egg mixture in Method 1 until solidified.

3. In the same pan as in recipe 2, add 1 tbsp of the salad oil and sauté the onion from recipe 1 until soft.

4. Add water to the pan in Method 3 and stir-fry for a while, then add all the seasonings to taste, then add the scrambled eggs from Method 2 and mix well.
