Fresh milk can be properly heated.
Generally the fresh milk or pasteurized fresh milk that we order has gone through strict sterilization measures before leaving the factory, so generally there is no need to use high-temperature heating again to sterilize.
But some people are not used to drinking cold milk, so it is possible to heat the milk properly, as long as the heating temperature is not more than 60 degrees, and do not heat it for a long time, then it will not lead to the destruction of the nutrition of the milk.
2 The right way to heat up fresh milk
1. Heat up the water
Pour the fresh milk into a ceramic bowl, glass cup or glass bottle, then choose a suitable size of container, pour in hot water at about 60 degrees Celsius, and then put the bowl or glass with milk in the container to heat it up under water, usually for 5-10 minutes.
During the period, pay attention to the bowl or cup do not pour diagonally, so as not to mix the hot water in the fresh milk.
2. Use a pot to heat
Choose a small pot, pour the milk into it, and then heat it over low heat, generally heating the milk to be stirred over and over again, and then turn off the heat until the milk is slightly hot.
Note, be sure not to boil over. Also do not use high heat, large fire is easy to paste the pot.
3. Microwave heating
Pour fresh milk into a cup or bowl, cover the surface with microwaveable plastic wrap, poke a few holes with a toothpick, and put it into the microwave oven for half a minute on medium heat.
Note that aluminum milk cartons or other metal containers must not be put into the microwave, or it will cause danger!
3 Can you drink fresh milk after heating lumps
Not recommended.
Fresh milk after heating, the general situation is not caking. If there are lumps, consider that the milk has been spoiled, or the heating process has led to denaturation of the milk, in addition, if you use copper products to heat the milk, there may also be precipitation. No matter what the reason for the lumps of fresh milk, it is not recommended to continue to eat, so as not to affect the gastrointestinal health.
4 Difference between fresh milk and pure milk
1.
Fresh milk is generally to use the nearest source of milk, from milk extrusion to production, not more than 24 hours, the use of 15 seconds of 85 ℃ low-temperature heating treatment, not only to sterilize, but also to preserve the nutritional active substances in milk, so the nutritional value is high, and will not add flavors, preservatives, etc., but the shelf life of only 5-7 days.
2. The characteristics of pure milk:
Pure milk has a long shelf life, but the nutritional value is not as good as fresh milk.
Pure milk in the milk source requirements are not as good as fresh milk? And some manufacturers will also use milk powder reduction, the use of 4-6 seconds of 132 ℃ high temperature instantaneous sterilization treatment, calcium and vitamins in the milk will be subject to a certain degree of loss, but the shelf life of up to 1-6 months.
