Health effects: pork belly: tonic, spleen and stomach, rich in protein; Onion: activating yang, detoxifying and activating blood.
Ingredients: one pork belly, half a chicken, six slices of ginger, one pepper 10, one green onion, a proper amount of salt, 2g of medlar, 3g of cooking wine (boiled water) and one piece of ginger (boiled water).
Practice of chicken soup with pork belly
1. Wash pork tripe and chicken (use cooking wine, flour, vinegar and salt when washing pork tripe).
2. Put the chicken into the pig's belly, add the green onions and ginger slices, blanch them, then scoop them up and rinse them with cold water.
3. Put six slices of ginger and pepper 10 into the boiled pork belly chicken, put it in a pot of water, and boil it with the pork belly chicken on an enlarged fire.
4. Put a section of green onion in the water, simmer for half an hour on high fire, turn to low fire for 2 hours, and add appropriate amount of salt.
