Stewed eggplant with garlic
Peel garlic first, and then mash it with a masher. Add some salt in the process of mashing garlic. You can also add monosodium glutamate. Steamed eggplant is medium-cooked, (the steaming time is not easy to be too long, and the eggplant is too rotten to eat for a long time). After cooking, cut the eggplant aside and put salt while it is hot. Marinate until the eggplant is cold, cut into pieces and put garlic. Put it in the refrigerator, you can add some pepper and coriander according to your own taste. Eggplant tends to turn sour after being pickled for a long time. So you can add salt to the refrigerator, and put the amount of garlic you eat in the eggplant.
