Step 6: Crush cucumber, cut into pieces, mince garlic, and cut parsley into pieces for later use. Step 7: Take a large pot and put chopped cucumber, drained yuba, fried peanuts, coriander segments, minced garlic and a spoonful of Chili powder in turn. Step 8: Heat a little oil in the pot, then put the dried Chili segments in the pot, fry them until they change color and taste, and turn off the heat. Step 9: Pour the pepper and oil in the pot on the pepper powder and minced garlic, as shown in the figure. Step 10: Add half a teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of aged vinegar, a little sugar, a little chicken essence, a little sesame oil and a little cooked white sesame seeds into the pot in turn, and then mix well.
