If you do strenuous exercise, you are prone to accidents and cardiac arrest. 1998, when the long-distance running started, it was well documented that four old people had died in Beijing. If you run again, it will be broken. Some party committees organized old people to climb Xiangshan, and they went early in the morning. They saw a ghost and said, "whoever climbs fast will live long." I don't know whose idea it was, but I don't understand now. I'm telling you, if you go on like this, you'll make mistakes, because you don't know medical care from the beginning. Never organize such activities, which is the most taboo in medicine. The human body needs weak base. What is a weak base? Vegetables and fruits. All developed countries and all healthy countries consume the most vegetables and fruits. Now the whole world knows how to eat garlic, only we don't. I'm telling you, it was originally necessary to cut it into pieces and put it in the air for 15 minutes. It combined with oxygen to produce allicin. Garlic itself is not anticancer, but allicin is the king of cancer. I saw someone eating garlic that day. He took a bowl of noodles, then quickly peeled off the garlic and ate it one by one. It was finished in less than 5 seconds. It doesn't even have five seconds. What's the use of this garlic? Not at all. It's no use if you don't do it my way. Don't be afraid of the smell of garlic. Eat some hawthorn, chew some peanuts and drink some good tea. I eat it every week abroad.
