The main ingredient is goose, and the auxiliary ingredients are garlic, ginger, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, and bean paste.
Method
1. Prepare the garlic and minced ginger
2. Add the garlic and minced ginger to the bean paste and mix well
3. Stuff the bean paste into the goose's belly, then use dark soy sauce to spread the whole goose evenly, and marinate for fifteen minutes
4. Then heat the pan with oil and fry the goose for a while until it looks golden. Just add water and let it simmer.
5. Then add light soy sauce, salt, sugar and cooking wine.
6. About forty minutes to an hour is enough, depending on the size of the goose. If you want to know whether it is cooked, use chopsticks to prick the goose leg. If there is blood, it means it is not cooked
7. Cut it after it is colder, and then pour the juice from the belly on it
