Shredded pork noodles with shiitake mushrooms ?
Shorten mushrooms with water, clean and shred them, set aside.
Shred the pork and season with salt, soy sauce, cornstarch and oil.

Boil water in a pot, put some salt (when cooking noodles, put some salt in the water, it is less likely to stick to the bottom of the pot), put the noodles, and cook until soft.
