The third step is to mix the strawberry puree and sugar evenly. You can add an appropriate amount of sugar according to your own taste, or choose other flavors.
The fourth step is to heat the strawberry puree. When you see small bubbles emerging, add gelatine slices.
The fifth step is to add the gelatine slices and stir evenly.
Step 6: Turn off the heat when you see the gelatine slices melted, and taste the sweetness while heating. If it feels sour, add a little sugar, because the fruit will taste sour when heated.
The seventh step is to put it into various molds. You can decorate the fruit with your favorite shape mold.
Step 8: After putting it into the mold, refrigerate it overnight. Do not keep it for a long time, just let the jelly solidify into blocks.
In the ninth step, use a hair dryer to blow the four sides when picking it off, so that the hair pulled out will be more beautiful.
Step 10, if there is no mold, you can use a crisper box instead. When taking it out, cut it into pieces or eat it directly with a spoon. You can use a lollipop mold so that the jelly comes out in just the right size.
Note: when demoulding. Blow with a hairdryer to make it easier to shape. When taking it out, take it out in advance and let it rest for 30 minutes before eating, otherwise it will be very cold. When we add sugar, we can adjust it according to our own taste. Generally, fruits will become sour when heated, so be sure to taste them when adding sugar.
