Steps/Methods
(l) Vinegar method: Take vinegar and suck it into your mouth. Swish it around in your mouth without spitting it out. Hold it in your mouth for two to three minutes and then spit it out. Then scrub it with a toothbrush. Finally rinse your mouth with warm water. Or when brushing your teeth, put two drops of vinegar on the toothpaste and brush your teeth for a period of time to remove tartar.

Notes
The above are simple methods for removing tartar. As long as the teeth are kept free of tartar, it will be impossible to form tartar. Once tartar is formed, the effect of the above methods is minimal. The only option is to ask a dental surgeon to use instruments to scrape it off. This is a time-consuming, incomplete and damaging method. In recent years, ultrasonic scalers have been used to remove tartar, and the effect is very good. Better.
