1, use oil to coat the mold: before coating, make sure the mold is clean and tidy, a layer of oil on the mold can form a protective film, thus preventing the kueh from sticking to the mold.
2, use flour to pounce on the mold: Pounce the flour on the inside of the mold and shake it so that the flour evenly covers the surface of the mold, and then, gently tap the flour off, so that a thin layer of flour can be formed, which also prevents the kuey teow from sticking to the mold.
