Does cooking with beer produce carcinogens?
No!

Beer is the main character in cooking, and beer is the ingredient, it will not produce carcinogens in the process of cooking.

Explanation:

1. Beer is made from barley malt and hops as the main raw material, by yeast fermentation and made of a carbon dioxide-containing low concentration of alcoholic beverages, nutritious, known as liquid bread.

2. The Japanese Cancer Research Center reported that the bitter substance Ritsuketone in hops has the effect of inhibiting the occurrence of cancer.

It has been reported in the United Kingdom that drinking large amounts of beer (more than one pint, or about 570 milliliters) per day increases the risk of cancer; however, this argument is controversial.

3. Even if beer has the potential to increase cancer rates, this is only possible if it is consumed over a long period of time, in large quantities, and then enters the body and damages the DNA. A small amount of beer used for cooking is unlikely to cause cancer!
