Ingredients: 500 grams of garlic moss, 200 grams of pork belly, 1 spoon of oil, 1 spoon of salt, 1 spoon of soy sauce. Wash the garlic moss and cut into small pieces. Cut the pork belly into thin slices. Heat oil in a hot pan. Pour in the pork belly slices and stir-fry to release the oil. Roll the slices slightly. Add the garlic cloves and continue to stir-fry, maintaining medium heat. Add soy sauce and continue stir-frying. If the pot becomes dry, add some water. Stir-fry until the garlic cloves change color and break, add salt and turn off the heat.
