2. Different places of origin: Jiangsha is mainly produced in Guangxi, Guangdong, Yunnan, Sichuan and Hainan provinces. Nanjiang originated from the tropical Asian line and distributed in southern and southwestern China, Viet Nam, India, Malaysia, Kyrgyzstan and Australia.
3. Different smells: South Xinjiang is spicy and sweet with sweetness, and Alpinia officinarum has a special aroma. The taste is spicy, not the same as that of ginger.
