Marinate fresh tuna steaks with sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, chopped green onion and cooking wine for at least one hour.
Heat oil in a pan, add fish chops and fry each side for 1.5 minutes or until you like it (not just the top and bottom sides, but all sides). Take it out, cover it loosely with aluminum foil, let it stand for a while and slice it.
