Preparation materials
1 cauliflower; 300 grams of pork; 1 large green garlic; 1 spoon of soy sauce; appropriate amount of salt (it would be better to have sand tea, but it is a pity that I bring it from home) Finished, I will definitely buy it next time I go home)
Steps
Step 1: Wash the pork and cut into thin slices.
Step 2: Cut the cauliflower into small florets and wash them.
Step 3: Cut the garlic bones with a diagonal knife and cut the garlic leaves into small sections.
Step 4: Blanch the cauliflower first. Add a little oil and salt to the water. After boiling, add the cauliflower and cook until raw.
Step 5: Heat oil in the pot, first add garlic bones and sauté until fragrant.
Step 6: Add pork and stir-fry.
Saute until both sides turn a little golden.
Step 7: Pour in the cauliflower, garlic leaves, salt and soy sauce, and stir-fry again.
Step 8: Stir-fry until evenly colored and garlic leaves are cooked through.
