2. Put the small frying pan on the medium fire. When the frying pan is very hot, add all the powders, such as fennel, coriander, ginger, black pepper, pepper, clove and cinnamon powder. Bake them and keep stirring until they are fragrant-about thirty seconds. Remove the pan from the fire and let the powder cool completely.
3. After cooling, pour into a small dry bowl. Add the remaining spices (such as Chili powder and turmeric) and stir and mix.
4. Store curry powder in a sealed glass jar with a sealed lid. Store in a cool and dry place.
