In the two months after the college entrance examination last year, I didn't do anything but inquire about the relevant information of higher vocational colleges in the province all day (because my score can only go to a higher vocational college), and I thought I had gained a lot. I thought about several schools at first, but finally I chose Dongying Vocational College! To sum up, there are five reasons:
1。 Dongying enjoys a unique geographical advantage. Dongying belongs to the central city of the Yellow River Delta. With the development of the Yellow River Delta becoming a national strategy, Dongying will definitely develop very rapidly. For a new city, there will be many employment opportunities in the future!
2。 There are few universities in Dongying, and the competition pressure among graduates is small! Regular schools are the advantages of China Shiyou University (a state-owned school), Shengli College of Petroleum University (a private school), Dongying Vocational College (a municipal public school), Dawang Vocational College (a private school in Guangrao County) and Dongying Vocational College. Everyone can see it at a glance!
3。 Dongying Vocational College covers a large area (3,000 mu) and has a very good campus atmosphere. In recent years, the school has intensified its campus greening efforts, especially since 2009, which is obvious to all our students. The newly-built library has been completely completed, and the shape of a comprehensive university has been formed!
4。 Dongying does not have a municipal undergraduate school at present, which is necessary in the future development of education, and the only school with the greatest potential for upgrading is Dongying Vocational College. The reason is for everyone to think for themselves!
5。 Compared with other cities in the province, Dongying has a smaller population and less competition!
Considering these points at that time, I resolutely came to this school. On the day I reported to school, I got off the bus at the north gate of the school and saw what the school looked like after I got off the bus. I was particularly disappointed. This is not a university, it is simply a technical secondary school! Generally speaking, the southern part of the school looks like a university, and the northern part looks like a technical secondary school! Of course, the south gate of our school is still very magnificent in higher vocational colleges! That is, the south gate of school enrollment propaganda! However, most students still take the north gate, because the transportation in the north gate is more convenient than that in the south gate, and there is a Luban market opposite! Shopping is very convenient! It is suggested that the school build the north gate! The whole school still has a college atmosphere! It can also be seen from the teaching management. But there are too few trees in the school, especially the big trees, and the school seems a little empty! But this spring, the school transplanted some bigger trees from outside, and a lot of them survived, which is very commendable! Since 2009, the school has increased the greening of the campus, and now it looks very good. Let's talk about the dormitory environment of the college. On the whole, it is not bad, but the dormitory management runs counter to it, and the management of the student union has deteriorated! Smoking in school dormitories and public places is very serious, but the student union doesn't care. Every day, see if your quilt is folded into tofu! (We are not soldiers) Living in the dormitory makes you feel a little helpless! If you don't smoke and like taking a nap, take a look! There's definitely enough for you!
Let's talk about the school's after-school life. There are very few places where the school can really move! You can only play basketball outdoors. There is no indoor activity place open to students in the school. There is a college student activity room, where the door is locked every day and some art programs are held when the door is open! There is nothing in it, except a table tennis table and a badminton net with broken feathers. If you want to play table tennis, you can only play it outdoors. There are quite a few table tennis tables (two for eight teachers are better, usually I play there), but the weather in Dongying is so bad that it is windy every day. Can outdoor activities be cool? I can't move at all! It's a little windy in summer, but it's terribly hot. Can you exercise? The problem of the wind in Dongying is also a big problem! You'll know when you come to school. I strongly recommend that the school open a college student activity room. Isn't it a waste of resources that there are so many table tennis tables piled up in the indoor basketball court in the west?
Talking about the teaching in the school, individual teachers are really poor in quality, swearing all over the place, and there is not much to rely on. In their view, it's just a piece of work, whether you learn it or not, whether you understand it or not. Of course, this is just a farewell! Most teachers are still very good. On the question of whether to join the student union, I also give a suggestion here. If you like pretending, if you want to find a girlfriend, if you don't want to be scolded all day, if you feel that it can exercise people, you can join! Personally, it's good to be a wild crane in the clouds. You can control your time freely and do what you like and are interested in in in your free time. This is also very good! Ha ha, of course, we should have a certain realm! Ha ha! In fact, higher vocational schools are almost the same, the only difference is our mentality. If you have relatives and friends who go to school there, it's not bad to be with them, hehe! Having said that, I can only say that I have no regrets about studying in East Vocational College! I also hope that all candidates can apply for an ideal school!
