Ingredients: 50 grams of tenderloin, 300 grams of zucchini, salt, starch, onion, soy sauce, monosodium glutamate and salad oil.
Practice: Slice tenderloin, add salt and starch for sizing. Seedless zucchini slices. Wash and chop the green onions. Add oil to the wok and heat it to 50% heat.
