Cold kohlrabi is a very refreshing dish. After eating a lot of greasy food, it must be very good to have a plate of cold kohlrabi.
Ingredients
500g kohlrabi
An appropriate amount of chili oil
An appropriate amount of rice vinegar
An appropriate amount of salt
Method/Steps
1. Wash the kohlrabi and tear it into small pieces by hand.
2. Blanch the torn kohlrabi in boiling water.
3. Place the blanched kohlrabi in cold water to cool down
4. Drain the water and set aside
5. Add appropriate amount of salt and rice vinegar, Chili oil, stir evenly.
