Ingredients: pork chop 200g.
Accessories: Auricularia auricula 100g, and proper amount of tea bamboo shoots.
Seasoning: salt, blended oil and shallots.

1. Chop the ribs into small pieces and wash them, and soak the bamboo shoots and fungus for later use;
2. Blanch the ribs in a boiling water pot, remove them and rinse them with cold water;
3. Re-cook in the boiling water pot until it is 70% mature, then add the bamboo shoots and black fungus and add a proper amount of salt to stew for 15 minutes;
4. Put the rotten meat into a bowl and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
